Please remember all our sizes are shown in United States sizes. Use the chart provided to estimate your size.  Scroll down on the web page to find the charts. All clearance items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!  

Setting up an account; (You can order only if you have set up an account)

  • First make sure to have an email account.
  • Create an account with your email.
  • Create a password.
  • Once this is completed, you can go ahead and start shopping.
  • After placing an order you will receive an email about the status of your order.
  • if you are paying with cash, make sure to send payment immediately in order for your order to be fulfilled. 

 Payment

The following methods are available for customers to use; Orders are processed only after payment is received.

  • Paypal account are processed immediately.
  • Cash, E-Wallet and Lay away transactions are filled manually.

Cash and E-Wallet payment;

  • Place the order online and you will get an email saying your order is been processed.
  • Send payment immediately to make sure your order is completed.
  • No payment means your order has not been filled and you could miss out on that deal!

You will receive a text from MyOkavangoShop once the money has been received to let you know your order has been processed. Your order is completed only after the payment has been received.
