Returns


  • Online purchases may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery date.
  • Only unused, unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise with tags attached can be returned.

  • Pack the item/s in their original packaging to protect the items you are returning.
  • Shoes must be securely packaged, unworn and undamaged when received back at our warehouse
  • Return for items delivered outside Gaborone must be within 7 days of delivery, for items in Gaborone must be returned within 5 days.
  • Please mail returns to: MyOkavangoShop:  P.O. Box 402188 Gaborone, Botswana. Returns must have date of purchase and an order number. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • Please allow up to 10 business for the return to be processed..
  • RefundWithin 10 business days of the returned item having been received by MyOkavangoShop, the money will be refunded back to the form of payment you used to pay for the order.
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!.
